LVL Home Solutions is a team of Active Duty Army Officers with an intense and focused desire to help others by creating innovative home solutions for sellers and buyers alike. We are based out of Huntsville and operate primarily in the Northern Alabama and Southern Tennessee regions. Our expertise lies in streamlining the selling process and making it easy for those who are ready to sell their home or property quickly. Jon Lowe | Co-Founder
Jon, co-founder, manages marketing, capital raises, disposition, and strategic vision. He is from the Ozarks, MO and graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He currently serves as an active duty Army Aviation Officer. His desire to help those he interacts with enables him to naturally create win-win situations. Aside from his experience in flipping houses, Jon also owns several short term and long term rental properties with LVL Home Solutions .
Andy Vu | Co-Founder
Andy, co-founder, heads LVL Home Solutions acquisitions team. Raised in the great city of Dallas, TX he has a intense passion for real estate and understanding people’s situations. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and became an active duty Army Aviation Officer. Andy has extensive real estate investing experience and is currently working on other investment projects in Texas. L
Tyler Leary | Co-Founder
Tyler, co-founder, works as operations manager and marketing manager for LVL Home Solutions . He is originally from Vallejo, CA. Upon graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point, he became an active duty Army Aviation Officer. After observing the housing crisis in California he made it a goal to help others through real estate and has worked on several real estate projects in lower and northern AL.
Richard Hanson | Acquisition Manager
Richard is from Prince George, Virginia. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he studied Systems and Decision Science, Finance, and received a Bachelor of Science degree. Richard is currently an officer in the United States Army. On top of serving in the military, Richard has developed a passion for real estate investing and the route to financial freedom.
Tamara Fox | REALTOR®
Tamara Fox is a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Alabama and assists the team by listing the homes that the team rehabs. After 18 years of real estate experience in middle Tennessee, she and her husband, a retired Army veteran, moved to the Rocket City and quickly fell in love with the region. She is passionate about real estate and the experience she gained while her husband was on Active Duty inspired her to become intimately familiar with the special needs of military families. Consequently, she is dedicated to helping find equitable solutions for buyers and sellers alike, making her a great addition to the team!
